Environment and Health Research Group intends to promote scientific culture and has specific objectives that are related with the focus of the research developed by the group

Objectives 

  • To Study in detail the risk factors present in environment that can negatively affect Human health;
  • Contribute for the knowledge underlying cause-effect relationships.
  • Promote health and prevent disease in specific population groups;
  • Study and understand individual factors that explain health effects caused by exposure to environmental risk factors
  • Encourage multidisciplinary approaches during research development.
