ESTeSL, Universidade Lusíada and OECD organize the Conference Measuring value in healthcare from a patients’ perspective, which will take place online, on april 1st, 2022, at 2:00 pm.
Health systems are currently facing the need to implement innovative policies that guarantee the quality of the services provided, prioritizing patient safety, as well as the levels of efficiency that guarantee their continuity over time. This value chain should reflects the transparency of results, which really matter to patients, as well as its actual cost.
In a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment, such as healthcare, the great added value of monitoring observable outcomes in patients (Patient Reported Outcome Measures: PROM) and the lived experience of care (Patient Reported Experience Measures: PREM) lies in the fact that health units, managers and decision-makers can easily quantify how effective health interventions are, at individual or community level.
The conference will be held online*: free registration through this link
*The conference zoom link will be sent to the email the day before the event.
